The company offers a high quality product made by hand with respect for the environment. Acqua d’Alva makes its liqueurs using raw materials from the Canton of Graubünden and the Canton of Ticino, and undertakes to use – as far as possible – reused or recycled material. In addition, to offset emissions and get closer to an almost zero impact on the environment, it donates part of the proceeds to associations that deal with environmental protection.
The tasting includes three distinct phases:
Initially you will be accompanied in the history of our liqueurs and our places, embarking on a path that from the now disappeared Lake Alva leads to the present day.
This will be followed by an explanation of our artisanal methods of production, bottling and labeling.
Finally, you will taste our liqueurs. You can choose 5 flavors of the 12* products.
*Attention: Depending on the season it is possible that tastes are not available, however we guarantee 10 qualities all year round.
About the experience:
-Cost of the experience: per person 60.- fr (adult) and 10.- fr (accompanied minor)
-Duration of experience: approx. 60 minutes
-We are available: Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, from 14.00 to 21.00.
-Number of participants: minimum 2 (excluding minors), maximum 8 (excluding minors). However, it is possible to agree on an exceptional reservation for larger groups.
-Forbidden the consumption and sale of liqueurs to children under 18 years.
-Children under 18 years of age (accompanied) will be offered to taste gazosa “La Fiorenzana”
-At the end of the meeting it will be possible to buy our products directly on site.
