Tour of our small artisan roasting company ”Café do Suiso” located in Curio, in the heart of Malcantone.

We will guide you into the world of coffee, making you discover the various processes of a roasting, from the selection of the beans to the preparation of an excellent cup of coffee, followed by a guided tasting.

“Passion born in 2014 when, still in London, I tasted freshly roasted coffee for the first time. Since then I have begun to explore and discover a fascinating and complex product that in many ways has helped shape the history of the world. I also learned a lot, both about the types of beans and their many origins, and about how roasting and the way of preparation can affect the tastes and aromas that you try in a cup of coffee. Finally in 2020, in the midst of a historical and rather challenging period, after years of research and learning, my passion became a profession, giving life to the Café do Suiso. “
