Anna Valli is a professional sommelier with a Federal Sommelier Certificate.

For some years now she has been involved in training in the oenological field for courses for adults in the Canton of Ticino and in consultancy for the preparation of wine lists for restaurants and the reorganisation of wine cellars and management of stocks, also for private individuals.

This experience offers the client the possibility of receiving directly at home a professional Sommelière, who will propose important wines, rather than didactic to learn or wine & cheese combinations. The choice of category is up to the customer, who can communicate his wish in the comments.

“I am linked to the Wines of Ticino, I have a good knowledge of the territory and local producers.
I offer myself as an intermediary and accompany the visit to the winery, with wine tasting.
I am passionate about sparkling wines and champagne, I present the differences in production methods with tasting of various types.”
