Guided Tour of a Winery with Tastings

Anna Valli is a professional sommelier with a Federal Sommélier Certificate.

For some years she has been involved in training in the field of wine for courses for adults in the Canton of Ticino and in consultancy for the preparation of wine lists for restaurants and the reorganisation of cellars and stock management, also for private individuals.

This experience includes a guided tour of a wine cellar proposed by the sommelier where a tasting from the barrel will be offered, a complete tasting of the wines produced and a rich final snack with local dishes combined with the wines. At the customer’s request, it is possible to modify the menu.

“I am linked to the Vini del Ticino, I have a good knowledge of the area and the local producers. I offer myself as an intermediary and accompany the visit to the winery, with wine tasting. I am passionate about sparkling wines and champagne, I present the differences in production methods with tasting of various types.”
