Cristina Volpi is an Advanced Sake Sommelier and a certified Sake Educator by the SSA – Sake Sommelier Association.

After numerous trips to Japan and advanced on-the-ground training, she now focuses on sake education and promotion in Switzerland, offering courses and tastings designed for hospitality professionals, enthusiasts, and the curious.

Cristina is also the co-founder of Kitsune Trading Sagl, a company specializing in the import and selection of premium sake, with particular attention to artisanal producers, traditional methods, aged sake, and rare labels not available on the Swiss market.
