Cette exp\u00e9rience exclusive propose une d\u00e9gustation de 6 vins accompagn\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9picerie fine et de fromages \u00e0 0 km, confortablement assis et surplombant le vignoble.<\/p>\n

La Cantina Fawino est n\u00e9e en 2012 de la collaboration de deux jeunes vignerons \u00e9lev\u00e9s dans le mendrisiotto: Simone Favini et Claudio Widmer. La cave est situ\u00e9e \u00e0 Mendrisio et le domaine, qui couvre pr\u00e8s de 4 hectares, est r\u00e9parti sur les pentes des deux montagnes les plus c\u00e9l\u00e8bres du Mendrisiotto: le Monte San Giorgio et le Monte Generoso. Outre le merlot, les principaux c\u00e9pages cultiv\u00e9s sont le cabernet franc, la syrah, le gamaret et l\u2019antcellotta pour les rouges, le sauvignon blanc, le chardonnay, le s\u00e9millon et le viognier pour les blancs.<\/p>\n
