Dans valle di Muggio la combinaison d\u2019un beau paysage, des produits typiques et des connaissances anciennes offre des exp\u00e9riences extraordinaires. Le moulin de Bruzella, entour\u00e9 de verdure et aliment\u00e9 par les eaux de la Breggia, est un incontournable pour ceux qui veulent d\u00e9couvrir les secrets de la mouture traditionnelle des pierres, l\u2019histoire et les saveurs de ses produits. Pour l\u2019occasion, une visite guid\u00e9e sera propos\u00e9e suivie d\u2019une d\u00e9gustation de polenta de ma\u00efs rouge accompagn\u00e9e de fromages, fromages et autres produits de la vall\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

Le ma\u00efs rouge tessin est une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 traditionnelle r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9e gr\u00e2ce aux efforts de Pro Specie Rara. Il est destin\u00e9 \u00e0 la production de farine de polenta.<\/p>\n

Le moulin est \u00e0 distance de marche de Bruzella, Cabbio ou Casima en ca. 20 minutes.<\/p>\n
