Anna Valli est une Sommeli\u00e8re professionnelle en possession du brevet f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de sommelier.
Depuis quelques ann\u00e9es, il s\u2019implique dans la formation dans le domaine \u0153nologique des cours pour adultes dans le canton du Tessin et la consultation pour la pr\u00e9paration des cartes \u00e0 vin pour la restauration et la r\u00e9organisation des caves et la gestion des stocks, \u00e9galement pour les particuliers.<\/p>

Cette exp\u00e9rience, est une d\u00e9gustation de vin \u00e0 l\u2019espace Enoriva de Riva San Vitale. Les vins choisis dans un cadre splendide seront d\u00e9gust\u00e9s, o\u00f9 il sera possible d\u2019analyser avec le professionnel tout ce que vous devez savoir sur les propositions et effectuer une d\u00e9gustation compl\u00e8te.
\u00ab Je suis li\u00e9 aux vins tessinois, j\u2019ai une bonne connaissance du territoire et des producteurs locaux.
Je vous propose en tant qu\u2019interm\u00e9diaire et accompagne la visite de la cave, avec d\u00e9gustation de vins.<\/p>

Je suis passionn\u00e9 par les vins mousseux et le champagne, je pr\u00e9sente les diff\u00e9rences de m\u00e9thodes de production avec d\u00e9gustation de diff\u00e9rents types.<\/p>\n
