In valle di Muggio bietet die Kombination aus einer wundersch\u00f6nen Landschaft, typischen Produkten und altem Wissen au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnliche Erlebnisse. Die M\u00fchle von Bruzella, umgeben von viel Gr\u00fcn und gespeist vom Wasser der Breggia, ist ein Muss f\u00fcr diejenigen, die die Geheimnisse der traditionellen Steinfr\u00e4sen, die Geschichte und die Aromen ihrer Produkte entdecken m\u00f6chten. Zu diesem Anlass wird eine F\u00fchrung vorgeschlagen, gefolgt von einer Verkostung von rotem Mais Polenta mit K\u00e4se, K\u00e4se und anderen Produkten aus dem Tal.<\/p>\n

Tessiner Rotmais ist eine traditionelle Sorte, die dank der Bem\u00fchungen von Pro Specie Rara wiederhergestellt wird. Es ist f\u00fcr die Herstellung von Polentamehl bestimmt.<\/p>\n

Die M\u00fchle ist nur wenige Gehminuten von Bruzella, Cabbio oder Casima in ca. 20 Minuten.<\/p>\n
